The Tiddington Community Centre (TCC) is a registered Charity, No 1093526, which aims to renovate, maintain and run the Tiddington Community Centre for the benefit of Tiddington Villagers, the Parish of Alveston and the wider local community.

Is published 4 times a year and distributed by hand 2,500 copies of the single newsletter are printed and delivered to all households in the Parish of Alveston. Additional copies can be found in The Crown, Connolly's Deli, Tiddington SPAR, Stratford Limes Hotel, St Peter's Manor Road, St James' Alveston and of course the Tiddington Community Centre itself.

Community News - EMAILS:
Regular emails are sent with all the latest activities for the TCC and our local Churches and also includes other know events in the Parish of Alveston. To add yourself to our distribution list, in order to receive these emails, please email rob.cobley@touchwoodonline.com your email will never be given to anyone else!
Parish Pump
The Parish Pump section of the Stratford Herald is also used regularly to publicise TCC and our Parish Church events.
Booking the TCC
Please see the Bookings section of our web site for details and latest Booking Forms. The TCC is now quite heavily used so it is advisable to email rob.cobley@touchwoodonline.com
in the first instance with details of your booking request including the purpose of your booking request plus dates and times. The centre is licensed for the supply of alcohol and if your request includes the supply of alcohol (free or fee) then you must seek approval in advance, in writing from our TCC licensee Rob Cobley.

Finances
With the aid of monies granted by Alveston Parish Church, plus the proceeds from the fire insurance, (there was a fire at the TCC in June 2006) together with funds generated through donations from the Stratford-upon-Avon Town Trust, the Rotary Club of Stratford, South Warwickshire Housing Association, Retirement Security Limited, Stratford District Council plus our own fund raising activities we have managed to raise the £130,000+ spent so far on the TCC and are now look to raise another £30-£50,000 to complete Phase 5 which we plan to start during 2011.
We are now mostly self-sufficient in that
the income from letting the TCC plus running our own TCC events etc now
exceed the regular running and maintenance costs of the TCC.
Management
The Tiddington Community Centre is
managed by officers and a committee elected at its Annual General
Meeting. Our last AGM took place on Wednesday 9th June 2010 at which
the following Management Committee was elected to act as Trustees of the
TCC for the following year:
- Chairman: Rob Cobley
- Secretary: Erica Johnston
- Treasurer: John Fox
General members of the Management Committee are Richard Williams, Janice Howkins, Stewart Band, Gareth Millard, Jo Connolly, Jenny Tinsley and Anne Howarth. A copy of the approved constitution, together with our financial history, is available on request and can be seen on the Charities Commissions web site.
