Tuesdays
A great "Form" version of Tai Chi has now become a regular event with Paul as our instructor. Sessions start for Beginners at 6pm and our regular sessions take place at 7pm all last for one hour at a charge of £5.
Every other Tuesday at 8.30pm there is Ballroom Dancing practice with Derek.... just £3.50 per person from Tuesday 4 January 2011.
Wednesdays
On a Wednesday at 5pm you could also come along and relax with Tai Chi with Judith - so soothing and restful whilst helping to make you more supple and healthy - and all without pain! Both Tai Chi Sessions are just £5 for an hour. This class is suitable for all ages and all levels especially Beginners!
Feel like a dance or a chat? Then try our monthly Tea-Dance at 2pm run by local residents, to raise money for the Shakespeare Hospice. It's great fun and supports a very worth-while cause. You MUST give it a try.
Also on a Wednesday we now have 3 Sessions of TCC Ballroom Dancing!
The first lesson starts at 7.00pm and is for Beginners or for those who need a refresher course. The second and third at 8.00pm and 9pm are for those Intermediates who have a basic understanding of a number of Ballroom dances such as the Waltz, Quickstep, Fox Trot etc and wish to go further. All 3 courses are given by our teacher Jo. All welcome and lessons are just £5 each.
It's not too late if you are a beginner or need a refreshers course to join our 7pm TCC Ballroom Dancing Beginners Class.

Thursdays
On a Thursday its Tiddington WI and already 30 or so ladies have started the latest branch at the TCC and are arranging a terrific programme of events. It's the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7.30pm for a couple of hours.

TCC KEEP FIT Every Thursday from Thursday 27 January 2011 at 2.30pm. Email rob.cobley@touchwoodonline.comto register your interest. Each TCC Keep Fit sessions will be £6 per one hour and you pay for just those you attend. Numbers are limited so please email Rob if you are interested... Each session will be different but will include a warm-up, getting blood circulating & joints mobilised -> a demo of the toning exercises -> a small circuit class ( 40 seconds an exercise maximum! ) + some aerobic exercise ( knee lifts, squats, step ups...... all tailored to YOUR ability ) including some partner work & fun stuff ) -> cool down S-t-r-e-t-c-h. We are very fortunate to have secured the services of Mike Ireland an experienced personal coach to run these TCC Keep Fit sessions for us and we offer a very warm welcome and thanks to Mike for helping us out at the TCC in this way.
Friday
Every Friday get in that "weekend" feeling at out Tea and Chat at 2pm for an hour or so. FREE tea and Cakes generously provide by local residents and a great place to hear all the gossip of the day and what life was like here years ago!
Friday is also TCC Film Night for Moving Pictures which are held the 1st Friday of every month.
Every 1st Friday we show our Film Night starting at 5.30 for 6pm with our Film for all the Family. The Film starting at 6pm! Doors open from 5.30pm. We try and get the newest films we can and often before they are on DVD so they are ofter the very latest releases!
A film for Adults is shown the same evening and doors open at 8pm for 8.30 start.
Refreshments are available 30 minutes before each film (ice-cream, sweets, chocolate, tea, coffee etc) and you can even purchase a glass of wine before the film starts.
Entrance is just £3 for an adult which includes a free tea or coffee and £2 for children/students and you pay on the door.
Weekends
At weekends we have a great variety of functions and you really need to be on the email distribution list (are your friends, relatives and neighbours receiving TCC Email's? If not get them to email rob.cobley@touchwoodonline.com and I'll add them). In recent months we have had the magician Paul Daniels, with Debbie McGee The Hunchback of Notre-Dame, Straight Ahead Big Band, Shakespeare Hospice 40's Night, Charity Concert for the Rajasthan, India, a number of Quiz Evenings including Christian Aid for Pakistan, monthly Film Nights, Autumn & Christmas Fairs, Computing for beginners classes, photography and digital editing classes, quarterly Ballroom Dances, a Gospel Choir, a one-lady performer from the Edinburgh Festival, wine tastings, Barn Dance & Hog Roast, A Christmas Carol and of course the Pantomime Humpty Dumpty.
Saturday
Is normally used for parties, plays, concerts, fundraising events etc - you are advised to book as early as possible for your own events!
Sunday
Every week our Youth Group Blue Fish meet. Mostly at the TCC but also they have many away trips at weekends to the Snowdome or other fun places. This is a great place for all your youngsters from 10 to 14+ years to come and meet and make new friends.
BlueFish is now welcoming local newcomers so do come along and bring your friends.

Every Weekday - in term time
Every Week day in term time we have Tiddington Pre-School for your youngest children from 2 to 5 years and there are still a few spaces available.
